More about this role
As a Customer Service Intern at Mondelēz International, you will support the team in managing customer orders and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning teams, gaining insight into how our products reach customers and consumers.

Your responsibilities:
* Support the Customer Service team with daily activities and customer orders,
* Cooperate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment,
* Support the resolution of customer queries and order-related issues,
* Prepare reports and support data analysis,
* Contribute to process improvements and team projects.

What we're looking for:
* University student or recent graduate, interested in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related area,
* Good communication skills in English,
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
* SAP knowledge is a plus,
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn,
* Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
