Team Introduction CapCut, a ByteDance product, is a leading all-in-one video editing platform empowering creators worldwide. We're expanding our vibrant LATAM community and seeking a talented specialist to drive content excellence and creator growth in this dynamic region. CapCut Template is a feature that allows users to create videos quickly and easily by applying pre-designed editing formats. Users simply insert their own media to generate a customized final video. These templates serve different types of users: - Content creators who professionally use social platforms and rely on templates to scale production and engage with trends. - Professional videomakers, editors, and small businesses looking for practical, high-quality solutions for promotion and communication. - Casual social media users who want to participate in trends or create fun videos without needing editing skills. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 12 months long internship period. As a Content & Creator Operations Specialist, you will fuel CapCut's growth in LATAM by scaling high-quality content, nurturing creators, and enhancing our content ecosystem. You'll bridge data-driven insights, cultural trends, and creator empowerment to boost user engagement and platform revenue. Responsibilities 1. Screen profiles and establish connections with German creators based on business goals, and assist in creator education and inspiration sharing to local creators. 2. Communicate with local creators on a daily basis to understand the pain points in template creation, summarize common problems and develop solutions. 3. For festival nodes and new product features, brainstorm on template ideas, share them as inspirations with creators, and follow up on the creation progress. 4. Collect global trending topics on a daily basis to assist teams in producing more localized content

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in English & German is required to communicate with stakeholders and external clients in the DE market. - Have certain video-editing capabilities (either on PC or mobile). Preferred Qualifications: - Be familiar with major social media platforms: TikTok, INS or YouTube, and have a deep understanding of German culture. - Have a high sensitivity to content, be able to identify trends and fashions on social media, and those with experience in operating social media accounts are preferred
