Description of the department
The (COMPANY NAME) IM CORE Investments Specialists & Solutions team is made up of around thirty people based in Paris, London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong and the United States. Its main mission is to design tailor-made investment solutions for our clients, contribute to product innovation and thus support the management and sales teams in their business development missions. The team covers all the expertises of the (COMPANY NAME) IM Core platform: Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Investments.
The main responsibilities of the role
* Assist team members in the development and update of investment related content, in particular product and strategy presentations as well as regular communications on portfolio management
* Contribute to respond to sales and customer requests
* Work with the RFP team to structure adequate and high-quality answers to prospect requests
* Participate in transversal projects (for example automation of presentations)
Your Profile

SHARE your unique expertise
Education:
* Undergraduate students
* Major in Economics, Finance, Engineering and/or related field (but not compulsory)
Technical skills :
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - excellent English language skills required; French would be a plus
* Good understanding of asset management and financial products a plus
* Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to details
* Proficiency and formatting skills in Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word and other publishing tools
Interpersonal skills:
* Collegial attitude with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and to work autonomously
* Team player and good interpersonal skills
* Able to prioritise and to maintain a positive attitude in fast-moving situations
* Creativity in the way to present information
* A desire to learn and an ability to pick up new skills quickly
Any other skill or experience which could be considered as a plus:
* Prior experience working with Tableau, Bloomberg a plus
* Experience in Asset Manager/Similar role is a plus
