About Global Payment The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. About the Team We at Global Payment UED team are growing at a rapid pace and we are actively seeking out the best talents to join us on this adventure where your contributions will make a global impact for our global customers. We are looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designers to provide the best payment service experience at ByteDance. You will have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and ultimately improve the quality of our products. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Assist in designing user-centric experiences for financial payment products, including online payments, financial products, eWallet, and cross-border transactions. - Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate and refine product features. - Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across different platforms. - Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital payments

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related technical discipline - A portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex problems through intuitive design solutions. - Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self-starter.
