As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the technical talent that powers our data-driven innovations. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to screening and engaging top-tier technical talent. 2. Assisting with talent mapping and market research to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and growth. 3. Optimizing recruitment processes and supporting new initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams to gain a deep understanding of business needs and talent strategy

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree program in any field of study. 2. Enthusiastic about talent acquisition and organizational development in the tech space. 3. Knowledgeable about the internet/tech industry, with previous experience or internship in talent acquisition being highly valued. 4. A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others.
