Introduction
Gain hands-on experience in finance while supporting the opening of new hotels across the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects that shape successful hotel launches from pre-opening through to execution. If you're detail-oriented, commercially curious, and excited by large-scale projects, this is a great platform to kick-start your career.
Your day to day
* Support financial planning activities, including preparing budgets and tracking progress for new hotel openings
* Coordinate meetings with hotel teams, capture key discussions, and follow up on action plans
* Build and maintain dashboards to monitor pre-opening progress and key milestones
* Assist in driving projects that improve finance processes, tools, and operational efficiency
* Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of key initiatives

What we need from you
* Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks independently and stay organised
* Good communication skills with the confidence to work with different stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
