Description du poste:
* Coordinate with stakeholders from other teams (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Ops, Logs, Seller Engagement) to run Commercial Program campaigns and initiative roll-outs
* Assist in day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations to drive program outcomes such as the monthly refresh of seller incentive program hitlist, benefits dispensation and tracking and analysing program outcomes
* Assist in competitor tracking and analysis
* Manage seller communications through the development and execution of program communication materials including internal and external program information decks, training guides, and FAQs
* Assist in seller engagement initiatives such as webinars to drive program awareness and adoption
Profil requis du candidat:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any related industry
* Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
* Works well in a dynamic environment
* Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
