The Digitalisation and Innovative initiatives@IT internship pertains to driving, enabling, tracking and monitoring progress of Digitalisation and Innovative initiatives/Use-cases in partnership with Business domains@AP, GC and Japan.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Assist in monitoring, documenting, and reporting the progress of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Participate in workshops and activities that explore data analytics usage within the organization, and contribute to the analytics adoption journey.
* Maintain dashboards and trackers for key deliverables, leveraging analytics tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
* Support effective communication and coordination between IT and business teams to ensure project alignment with overall business objectives.
* Gain hands-on exposure to analytics platforms, tools, and their practical business applications.
Internship Learning Outcomes
* Gain meaningful industry work experience through participation in digital transformation and innovative initiatives
* Acquire an overview of the semiconductor industry via Infineon orientation and self-directed exploration.
* Develop real-world skills with exposure to actual industry applications of analytics, technology trends, and digital transformation practices.
* Build a practical understanding of analytics platforms, tools, and their role in driving business value.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* On track to attaining Bachelor's degree or Diploma student in IT / Engineering or Analytical Sciences.
* Trust & Respect, Commitment and Accountability
* Self-motivated, pro-active and a strong team player
* Eager to learn, keen to explore new things and contribute new ideas
* Able to commit for at least 6 months and above
* Knowledge in programming and basic understanding of databases; Experience with AI tools will be an added advantage
* Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
