Aerospace Intern

Aerospace Intern assists his supervisor through engagements with various stakeholders. He/She will work independently and as a team to meet the high demand of quality, safety, and output requirement.
Specific Role Responsibilities
The intern will be required to work closely with various functions & stakeholders to develop in-house digital applications, business process automations & dashboards that improves workplace productivity & performance visibility. Example of projects include:
* Digitalization of DL employee appraisal process
* Automation of various in-house reports for daily reporting
* Develop in-house Dashboard using Power BI as a visual tool to display key operational and financial metrics
* Develop applications & business process automations that assist current workflow management & improve operational processes
The nature of the work will also require the individual to be comfortable in programming & using Microsoft Power BI. Exposure to SAP, conversant in writing excel macro and script will have added advantage. Candidate must possess analytical skills to manage large dataset during the course of work. Prior exposure to Lean concept and Continuous Improvement will be advantageous and helpful during the course of internship.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.]
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
