Responsibilities

* Gain a deep understanding of the media industry and Mediacorp's role in the ecosystem by reviewing and updating our corporate deck. You will refine your skills in creating engaging presentations, work with stakeholders across the company to summarise recent developments, and be central to helping us sharpen the deck to make it more engaging and relevant for external stakeholders.
* Dive into key market trends that shape the future of media industry, share your views of the implications for Mediacorp to help us chart the future
* Get hands-on experience in planning, facilitating and executing workshops, sharpening your communication skills while understanding new initiatives and helping people from across the company to get their ideas ready for implementation
* Support the development and execution of on-going partnerships with IHLs (unis, polys, ITEs) to build the next generation of media talent through close collaborations
* Explore and propose ideas on how we can integrate AI and new technology to improve our operations

Qualifications

* Analytical and detailed, but also able to switch modes to see the bigger picture
* Curious and willing to propose new ideas and perspectives to drive towards continuous development of the company, the team and themselves
* Able to work well with people across different functions and seniorities to make the connections needed to drive Mediacorp forward

(Successful applicants must commit to at least a three-month full-time internship during the stated period.)
