Job Description

Get to Know the Team
The Group Marketplace team supports country teams in managing driver supply, pricing, marketplace strategy, product rollouts, and special projects. We often work with large datasets, deriving insights to create actionable solutions. There is minimal bureaucracy, allowing a quick turnaround from insights to decisions and execution.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme
This role supports the Regional Deliveries Marketplace team in various projects. The projects would give the trainee exposure to a lot of practical problems in a dynamic environment. It would also give them cross country collaboration opportunities.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
The trainee will be involved in the following areas:
* Analyzing problems to identify root cause of the issue and provide recommendations on how to solve them
* Coordinate with different countries on recommendations to align on next steps
* Execute the changes on configurations and monitor the impact of the changes for further iterations

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* Should be comfortable with using SQL and basic coding using Python is a must
* Hands-on experience applying quantitative methods to solve business problems and optimize outcomes.
* Resourceful - able to put on different hats and connect dots from different areas to make the complete picture
* Able to bridge, connect and maintain relationship with different local operations team
