About Global Payment The International Payment Team (PIPO) is responsible for providing professional overseas payment and financial services for all of ByteDance's international businesses, and is committed to building a world-leading payment and financial technology platform. The LLM Algorithms Team is responsible for utilizing cutting-edge language and multimodal large model technologies to solve core issues such as user experience and operational efficiency, supporting the implementation of global international payment businesses including risk control, compliance, and credit. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the machine learning model and strategy development for Global Payment User Growth, accountable for metrics of payment and financial products in core transaction scenarios such as TikTok Shop/TikTok Live/ TikTok Ads, etc. Drive business growth by enhancing User Experience and conversion efficiency through personalized traffic allocation and marketing subsidies; 2. Responsible for machine learning model research in User Growth, including Deep Learning, Causal Inference, and Operational Optimization, to empower business growth; 3. Deeply explore the data, strategies, and algorithms to improve the efficiency of user growth and conversion; 4. Explore the application of LLM-related technologies in User Growth

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Data Mining; 2. Familiar with Machine Learning and Data Mining, such as Statistical Learning and Deep Learning models; 3. Excellent logical thinking and Data Analysis capabilities; Preferred Qualifications: 1. Those with experience in User Growth, Online Ads, Digital Marketing, and Recommendation are preferred; 2. Candidates with a background in the financial industry and relevant project experience are preferred.
