Description du poste:
The SEA Regional IMC team owns campaign target-setting, calibration, and performance governance across SEA markets. The team builds regional frameworks, drives in-campaign tracking and post-campaign scorecards, and leads reporting automation and data infrastructure initiatives in close partnership with Data Science, Ads, Tech & Product, and country IMC teams. The objective is to ensure disciplined campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous performance improvement for SEA mega campaigns. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. To support SEA regional IMC operations by assisting with campaign planning, target and performance tracking, cross-functional coordination, and competitor monitoring, enabling smoother campaign execution and better visibility across SEA markets. Responsibilities Campaign Calendar & Coordination - Support ownership and maintenance of the SEA regional campaign calendar, consolidating inputs from country teams. - Ensure campaign timelines, key milestones, and major initiatives are clearly documented for cross-functional visibility. Target & Performance Tracking - Assist with campaign target tracking and in-flight performance monitoring across SEA markets. - Support preparation of basic performance updates and summaries for regional and cross-functional stakeholders. Performance Support & Opportunity Identification - Support basic gap analysis between targets and actual performance to flag risks or upside opportunities. - Assist in consolidating data and observations to support regional reviews and campaign discussions. Cross-Functional Communication Support - Help coordinate information flow across IMC, DS, Ads, Tech & Product, OC, and country teams. - Support meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, and follow-ups for regional campaign cadence. Competitor Monitoring - Track competitor campaign mechanics, incentives, and key market moves during major campaigns. -Maintain a structured competitor monitoring log to support benchmarking and insights
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate student in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance or related fields. - Strong interest in e-commerce, promotion or campaign operations. - Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance metrics. - Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with basic analytical capability. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications - Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus. - Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a bonus but not required. - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to structure information clearly. - Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
