Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including cleaning, M&E systems, fire safety, and car park operations

* Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation related to repair and maintenance works

* Support the coordination of tenancy fitting-out and reinstatement works

* Assist in updating and maintaining Environmental Health & Sustainability and ISO documentation, in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements

* Provide support for Capex works, including documentation and coordination

* Support other operational matters and perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or other related disciplines

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Possess basic knowledge of Facilities Management and M&E systems

* Detail-oriented, organised, and meticulous
