About the team： Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other International products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. The Eco Operations team is responsible for undertaking non security related annotation projects, mainly classifying content from two dimensions of video and account, assisting international products to build their down data ecology, building accurate data models through annotation, and providing users with content that meets user preferences. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. As an intern of the ADSEO team, you will have the opportunity to have an immersive experience in the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. 1. Starting from business needs, use data tools to judge and retrieve effective information, complete analysis-integration-visualization data work, and form reporting materials 2. Monitor and track the core work metrics (efficiency, quality, output) of the annotation team, locate problems through data anomalies, and conduct basic analysis 3. Optimize team data-related processes (such as report automation) to improve data-driven decision-making efficiency. 4. Assist the project manager in coordinating multiple resources and conducting cross-departmental communication to ensure information synchronization and drive project delivery. 5. Assist in daily project document maintenance, including project meeting records, SOP management, etc., to ensure the completeness and traceability of information

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, data analytics/statistics major preferred. 2. Work at least 4 full-time days per week (including Monday and Friday) for 4 months. 3. Experienced in SQL and visualisation tools. 4. Clear logical thinking and strong problem solving skills. 5. Working proficiency in Mandarin and English. Many roles involve work related to Mandarin-language content, such as data annotation, content moderation, and product operations for Chinese markets. Proficiency in Mandarin ensures the ability to accurately understand and process such content, which is critical for job performance .
