Responsibilities:
* To manage Production project tracker and follow up with respective stakeholders for the update
* To support Production on Kaizen ideas ( basic prototype build )
* To support supervisor on preparing Pull Flow implementation tool/equipment
* To support Production manager on re-visiting production procedures versus new Standard and amend accordingly
* Any other duties required by the department.

Requirements:
* NITEC/ Diploma Mechanical/Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
* Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial activities
* Basic knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, PowerPoint )

Learning outcome:
* Understand the industry, its fields of activities, products, and business.
* Develop technical skills in manufacturing process and project management skill
* Use techniques, skills, and technical tools necessary for professional practice of industrial manufacturing process
* Better understanding on importance of continuous improvement to be deployed in work area
