Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with onboarding of new colleagues to systems and application (e.g. system access, common folder access).
* Support in the maintenance of SharePoint.
* Assist with inventory data validation for newly opened properties.
* Assist with report consolidation for properties on non-official Property Mgmt System (PMS) via the Sales Report Template (SRT).
* Assist with Revenue Bytes (newsletter) design and communication to cluster users.
* Provide support and track progress related to our UpsellGuru Program, our eLearning Program.
* Provide support for DHS Program monitoring (e.g. cluster follow up) and STR (e.g. competitor evaluation).
* Conduct enhancement checks on PowerBI dashboard and BI Model.
* Monitor and validate data submission for various dashboards and report consolidation.
* Support newsletter article design.
* To assist supervisor and/or team and provide support special projects as required.

Job Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and/or Canva.
* Excellent communications skills with a positive attitude, curious mind and detailed oriented.
* Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers and comfortable with analysing data.
