What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

* Data Infrastructure Optimisation: Participate in initiatives to revamp and optimise data processes, including supporting result verification and documentation
* Testing & Validation: Support user testing for enhancements to monitoring dashboards and ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs
* Digital Tool Enhancements: Assist in the improvement of credit query chatbot functionalities to enhance user experience and efficiency
* Process Documentation: Contribute to documenting workflows, testing results, and system changes to support knowledge sharing and governance
* Project Support: Provide support across various data and analytics-related initiatives as required

Group Risk Portfolio Management plays a critical role in safeguarding the bank's financial strength by overseeing credit risk across portfolios. Within this, the Credit Infrastructure & Solutions team focuses on strengthening data capabilities, enhancing systems, and enabling better risk insights through digital innovation. You'll be part of a collaborative team that blends risk expertise with data and technology to drive meaningful impact.

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
* Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Python and SQL
* Strong logical and systematic problem-solving mindset
* High attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes
* Passion for data engineering, analytics, and continuous learning
