Brief Description Of The Team/ Company

The Communications and Digital Marketing team is part of the COO Office. We are looking for an intern who is eager to acquire experience in corporate communication and digital marketing.

Job Description

As an intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Implementation of integrated communication programmes in line with Bank of Singapore's strategic priorities, which include generating ideas and content.
* Assist in creation of communication materials and assets, including EDMs and newsletters using Canva or Powerpoint
* Support leadership communication, employee engagement, award programmes and CSR initiatives.
* You should demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in digital channels and social media, including fundamentals of writing and editing across such mediums with attention to detail around grammar, style and use of English language. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
* Conduct competitor research and social listening.
* You will also have hands-on experience in preparing reporting dashboards and conducting data analysis.
* Apart from core responsibilities, you will be required to work with different internal stakeholders and support ad-hoc projects and events as and when needed
