About The Role

Our Marketing team in Singapore enhances and protects the FTI Consulting brand by promoting our people, client successes, community initiatives and leading positions both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The full-time internship program, based on a 5-day work week, will run for a minimum period of three months, starting in May.

What You'll Do

Event Support

* Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events including seminars, conferences, client meetings, and networking functions
* Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor communication, attendee registration, and materials preparation
* Support on-site event setup and day-of coordination as needed
* Track event performance metrics and assist with post-event reporting

Social Media Management

* Support day-to-day management of social media channels including LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant platforms
* Assist with content creation, scheduling, and working with global social media team to post content across social media platforms
* Help develop social media content calendars aligned with business priorities and campaigns
* Capture and curate content from events and thought leadership activities for social media
* Work with team to compile social media analytics and performance reports

Marketing Materials & Content

* Help develop and update marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and digital assets
* Coordinate localization of materials for regional markets
* Maintain brand consistency across all materials and communications
* Assist with proofreading and quality control of marketing content

Campaign Support

* Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Assist with email marketing, social media coordination, and digital advertising initiatives
* Help track campaign performance and compile analytics reports
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed

Administrative & Operational Support

* Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM records
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
* Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Basic Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
* The ability to use initiative and take responsibility for own work
* A professional and positive attitude
