Description du poste:
* Support the end-to-end development of chatbot and AI-agent features, from ideation to testing and iteration
* Assist in designing workflows that allow human agents to review, correct, and improve AI responses (e.g. feedback loops, annotations)
* Work closely with engineers, data, operations, and designers to support AI-driven product features
* Help track and analyze product metrics such as chatbot performance, deflection rate, and CSAT impact
* Contribute to chatbot lifecycle activities such as training data preparation, intent analysis, and knowledge base updates
* Conduct user, agent, or process research to better understand behaviour and pain points
* Stay curious about GenAI trends (LLMs, prompting, agent systems) and help translate insights into product ideas
Profil requis du candidat:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Business, or related fields)
* Strong interest in AI products, conversational AI, or human-AI interaction
* Comfortable working with data, metrics, and user behaviour insights
* Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Prior experience with AI, LLMs, or product work is a plus, but not required
