Xylem Watermark is the company's corporate social responsibility program, focused on providing access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene, supporting communities during water-related disasters, and inspiring educational engagement. Through partnerships, volunteer actions, and community initiatives, Watermark plays a crucial role in delivering positive, lasting impact across the globe.
We are now seeking one motivated intern to support Xylem Watermark activities and ongoing social impact projects during the summer.
Goal:
The goal of this internship is to support the planning, organization, and execution of Watermark activities, contribute to internal and external communication materials, and assist with various development initiatives within Xylem's social impact program. The intern will be part of shaping ideas, coordinating tasks, and helping drive engagement across the organization.
How:
* Support ongoing Watermark projects and assist in planning new initiatives.
* Help develop communication materials, presentations, and documentation that highlight project progress and impact.
* Contribute ideas for employee engagement, awareness activities, and community-focused initiatives.
* Assist with administrative tasks, organization of information, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
* Work with tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to keep track of progress, structure information, and prepare reports.
* Participate in creative discussions and help refine concepts into practical actions.
* Compile results, lessons learned, and suggestions for further development in a final
Duration:
Total eleven (11) weeks, nine (9) working weeks and two (2) free weeks during the summer. Start and finish of the project according to agreement.
Profile: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong interest in
social impact, sustainability, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate:
* Is well organized and enjoys keeping structure in multiple tasks and projects.
* Has good administrative skills and is comfortable working with Word, Excel, and general documentation.
* Is creative, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas.
* Can work independently while also collaborating with colleagues from different parts of the organization.
* Has strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping drive positive change.
Students from programs related to sustainability, communication, social sciences, business, engineering, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
