Human Resources Internship

We are looking for:
An enthusiastic and ambitious HR student to join our Nordic HR team for an exciting internship experience in our Malmö office where you'll have the opportunity to work across four diverse countries, each with its own local language, local currency and local legislations gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and international HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR-intern, you will join the Nordic HR-team in supporting the Nordic part of the Northern Europe region at Stryker. Further on, you will get:
* Exposure and gain experience from various HR related tasks, tools and HR-systems on the Nordic market.
* Gain experience and insights into how payroll routines and regulations works and varies between Nordic Countries.
* Contribute to local small-scale projects and internal employee communications
* Getting insights how it is to work with daily Business Facing HR duties in an international matrix organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn what it's like to work in a global organization while being based at our Malmö office, where you will be part of our dedicated Nordic HR team. Interns also get the opportunity to virtually network with other HR interns within HR Northern Europe.

Qualifications:
* In order to be eligible for this Internship you need to be enrolled to a CSN qualified 30 HP full-time "Internship course" for the Fall of 2026 like this One or similar.
* You are in the final stages of your on-going HR studies (Human Resources management or similar) eager to gain practical experience as part of your education.
* Special interests or knowledge from Nordic working practices, holiday legislations and local benefits management is a plus.
* You need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a plus.
* Live on a reasonable commuting distance to Malmö.
