Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* support senior project/product managers in their daily work
* use data and insights to develop and enhance new products
* liaise with multiple stakeholders to adapt products to the Contact Center needs

Your team

You'll be working in the Personal & Corporate Global Multichannel Contact Center Services team, who is responsible to build smart services that are used by clients and contact center staff. The global setup will give you the opportunity to work in an international environment delivering in an agile way.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* shares our passion for digital and human customer service
* is fluent in English, German is an advantage
