Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* support in the preparation of pitch decks to acquire new mandates
* engage in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions for our clients
* perform analysis of companies and markets (trends, competitors, valuation etc.)
* prepare marketing documents (e.g., information memorandum) and client presentations
* create company valuations and financial models
* support in the preparation and coordination of due diligence processes

Your team

You'll be working in our CIC M&A Advisory team in Zurich. Our goal is to provide comprehensive sell-side advisory for medium-sized, privately held companies and financial sponsors on strategic transactions (mainly succession solutions). Despite working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment, we maintain an open and collaborative team spirit that plays a key role in shaping our positive workplace culture.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills as well as an analytical mindset
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* preferably has previous experiences (from internships) in corporate finance or investment banking (M&A, valuation, financing)
