Job Description

This internship is a middle office support role within Trade and Structured Finance. The intern will support day-to-day activities and work in close coordination with relationship banks, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, under the direct supervision of the Head of TSF Europe.
This role offers hands-on exposure to trade finance operations, banking documentation, and transactional support in a dynamic international environment.

Key Deliverables

* Assist in keeping banks onboarding documentation up to date, and support responses to banks and clients regarding documentation renewals
* Support the coordination of corporate guarantees and other bank requirements with the internal stakeholders
* Help organize, maintain, and update executed bank and client facility agreements
* Assist in monitoring credit limits on counterparties and support timely renewals in internal systems
* Support the preparation of RFQs for TSF transactions, consolidation of bank responses, and internal communication and follow-up
* Follow up on transaction maturities and renewals with banks and clients
* Assist in handling transactional documentation related to TSF transactions
* Maintain call reports and CRM data, and support meeting preparation and follow-ups

Requirements

* Recently graduated or final-year student, or early-career profile seeking an internship
* Ongoing Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
* Strong interest in trade finance, treasury, or banking industry
* Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* Curious, structured, and proactive mindset
* Fluent English required; French and/or Spanish are a strong plus
