Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private, corporate and institutional clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team. You'll get to

* build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
* coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development
* get valuable insights into how a wealth management unit operates, from ensuring smooth operational processes to driving and implementing strategic changes

Your team

You'll be working in the Chief of Staff team of Wealth Management Switzerland. We're responsible for supporting the business unit in advising wealthy high net worth and ultra high net worth private individuals, families; managers & executives, entrepreneurs as well as lawyers, fiduciaries and notaries in Switzerland.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has excellent German and English skills
