Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically within lending, investing and borrowing, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Financial Intermediaries business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* collaborate with senior management, client-facing teams, and divisional stakeholders
* ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful performance measurement across the business
* work on cross-functional projects, expanding your network within Global FIM. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the front business of a global organization, develop analytical skills, and build connections across the firm

Your team

You'll be working in the Performance Management team of Global Financial Intermediaries. We deliver high-quality performance reporting and analytics for Global FIM, a global business supporting independent financial advisors, asset managers, multi-family offices, and fund managers.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has excellent English (written and oral) skills, German is a plus
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a structured, logical thinker with strong analytical skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel

Start Date 1st August 2026
