The Position
This internship is a hands-on opportunity to join the ASPIRE project, a major digital transformation. You'll become a vital part of the ASPIRE project, a global IT and business transformation program that's shaping the future of Roche. Our mission is to create a unified, efficient, and user-friendly digital solution using SAP S/4HANA.
As an intern you will support the organizational readiness lead and the Project lead to establish and strengthen the connection between the project and the various business units to ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved.
The Opportunity
* Strategic Change Management Support: You will work closely with the Organizational Readiness team to help shape and implement our change strategy. This includes conducting stakeholder analyses, drafting and distributing project communications, and developing measures that promote the acceptance and success of new processes.
* Administrative and Operational Responsibilities: You will take on a range of administrative tasks essential for smooth project operations. This involves preparing reports and presentations, coordinating and booking meetings, maintaining distribution lists, and managing our shared inbox as well as Trello access permissions.
* Provide robust PMO support to ensure the smooth execution of transformation initiatives.
* Maintain project documentation, track action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple timelines.
* Support resource management, capacity planning, and status reporting workflows.
* Utilize project management tools (such as Jira, Monday, or smart tracking sheets) to optimize team productivity and visibility.
* Event and Logistics Coordination: You will actively assist in the planning and execution of project-related events. Your tasks will include booking venues, arranging catering and logistics, and preparing all necessary materials for All Hands meetings, go-live celebrations, and team-building activities.
* Creative and Visual Contributions: You will contribute to the visual consistency of the project by ensuring that project branding is maintained (e.g., in the formatting of presentations and newsletters). Furthermore, you will support creative initiatives such as video production (e.g., with Camtasia), handling project merchandise, and running internal engagement campaigns.
Who You are
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Business Psychology, General Management or Project Management or a related field
* A strong interest in project management and organizational change
* Creative and detail-oriented, with an eye for visual design
* Highly motivated with a proactive and structured approach to work
* Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Canva) are a plus
Additional Information
* Duration: 3-9 months
* Fully Remote Work is not possible: We are convinced that we can best drive change by working directly with our teams. Therefore, the core of our work takes place on-site. While flexibility is available, working with people is our main focus.
