What you will do:

* Support the development of an AI-supported RFQ analysis tool
* Evaluate RFQ ground truth together with domain experts and provide structured feedback to the development team in Germany
* Collect additional requirements from Sales and Proposal teams and align feasibility and implementation with the development team
* Support productivity improvements through the development of small AI applications for daily work
* Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot or n8n to prototype and test automation and AI-assisted workflows

What we are looking for:

* Undergraduate or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
* English and Chinese Speaking Proficiency
* Strong interest in electrical power systems and artificial intelligence as a productivity enabler
* Analytical and critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn
* Ability to work as a reliable team player in a multidisciplinary environment
