SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* To learn and understand the fundamentals of banking operations & supporting functions.
* To gain knowledge and be responsible for any given assignment or project.
* To manage and control the project as assigned whilst ensuring compliance with the Bank rules and regulations.
* To learn, support and assist assigned Banking or HR tasks on daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3rd or 4th-year student in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
* Good analytical skills.
* Excellent skills in using Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
* Motivated, eager to learn, committed to delivering the task within given timeframe.
* Having good listening skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* Any record to show / evidence the above skills i.e. extra-curriculum activities will be a plus.
* Good command of written and spoken in English
