About the Team Global Monetization Product and Technology teams are building the next-generation monetization platforms to help millions of customers grow their businesses, utilizing our products like TikTok. Our team develops a wide variety of advertisements for numerous uses including feeds, live streaming, branding, measurement, targeting, search, vertical solutions, creative solutions, and business integrity. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities: - Support hiring managers and recruiters across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements, learn how to define candidate profiles, and help calibrate talent needs. - Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles under the guidance of experienced team members. - Learn to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities. - Participate in refining our sourcing processes and tools to help boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring funnel. - Support various talent acquisition projects, such as organizing virtual hiring events, gathering data for market intelligence reports, and assisting with diversity-focused sourcing initiatives

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in learning how to craft compelling outreach. - Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - High motivation to learn about technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time work period Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruiting. - Familiarity with or a strong interest in learning sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, or technical forums. - An interest in the tech industry, specifically regarding roles in Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science. - A data-driven mindset, with a willingness to learn how to use metrics to inform sourcing strategies
