Job Description:

* Supporting daily HR processes and operations
* Responding to HR related request or questions of associates, and supporting communication activities
* Supporting to coordinate HR service processes with relevant stakeholders
* Supporting HR systems data maintenance
* Supporting the preparation and follow-up of employee-related documentations
* Supporting HR data analysis and contributing to reporting activities

Qualifications:

* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a master's student in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
* Able to work at least 3-4 days per week
* Good command of English
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Eagerness to learn and take responsibility
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* Result-oriented and proactive mindset
* Basic knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools
* Interest in reporting and data analytics
* Comfortable working in a digital and international environment
