Are you currently studying Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and eager to gain hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong coordination and analytical skills, who is ready to contribute to real operational projects. If you can commit to a full-time 6-month internship and want to work in a dynamic logistics environment, join us as our next Warehouse Operations Intern!
As a Warehouse Operations Intern, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the monitoring and reporting of Logistics Operations KPIs, including manpower allocation, inbound/outbound capacity, and error rates.
* Assisting in daily warehouse operations coordination, including attending shop floor meetings and updating operational data.
* Supporting Location Maintenance activities, including bin location management, clearance coordination, and status reporting.
* Participating in the Test Environment Warehouse project, contributing to process standardization and supporting warehouse staff certification activities.
* Assisting in planning and scheduling machinery and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
* Coordinating with internal departments such as Inventory, Accounting, and Logistics Management to ensure accurate data, documentation, and payment processes.
* Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifikationen

Who we are looking for:
* A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
* Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of October 2026.
* Demonstrates strong data management and coordination skills, with the ability to support operational tracking and reporting.
* Possesses good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, enabling effective collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
* Shows excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented, careful, flexible, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
* Basic knowledge of technical drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is a plus.
* Strong presentation skills are preferred.
