[Internship] Project Management Intern (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

1. Main tasks & responsibilities (80%):
* Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders.
* Create & maintain project documentations & reports.
* Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team.
* Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM.
2. Other responsibilities (20%):
Supports Team Leader with administration tasks:
* Creating monthly working hour tracking reports.
* Maintaining internal team's administrative documentations

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
* Eloquent in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good communication and prioritization skills
* Patient and Willing to learn
* Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
* Can work Independently
* Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
