As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer, to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels. As a Supply Chain Engineer, your main responsibilities will include : - Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and facilitate seamless supply chain operations. - Inventory control: Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, analyzing demand patterns, and implementing effective replenishment strategies. - Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. - Supplier Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. - Order Fulfillment: Monitor order processing and fulfillment activities to meet customer expectations. Address any issues related to order accuracy and timeliness. - Kaizen: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of supply chain processes. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as logistics, finance, and sales to align supply chain activities with overall business goals

Requisiti del candidato:

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in supply chain management or a related role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Familiarity with PowerBI. - Fluent in English; additionally French or Dutch is a plus
