Poste et missions : As VIE RUW in the Latin America Region with main focus in Ecuador, you will be a strategic partner responsible for driving and overseeing transformative initiatives across the UW Department. Your primary responsibility will be helping the team tracking the current characteristics of the credit portfolio and helping determine necessary changes for maintaining an appropriate credit administration, measurement and monitoring process. This pivotal role requires a team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, detail oriented, proactive and highly organized. The main responsibility is providing support for Underwriting area to balance risk prevention with client retention and acquisition by: - Tracking the current characteristics of the credit portfolio and helping determine necessary changes to the credit strategy of Coface. - Reinforcing monitoring by recalibrating appetite. Define accurate terms and conditions to allow proactive risk management. - Analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of strategies of mitigation of risks. Define strategy for loss making policies. - Identifying possible events or future changes in economic conditions that could have unfavorable effects on Coface's. - Giving support and sound advice to internal and external stakeholders. - Participating in alignment meetings to follow a coherent strategy: selection and diversification for market development by understanding and sharing real client´s needs & constraints

Requisiti del candidato:

- Master's degree Business, Economy, Financial and/or Accounting. Insurance focus is a plus - Advanced level in English, Spanish and Portuguese - Experience working on an international company. Banking or financial field is a plus - Good understanding of data analysis and Excel - If possible, some knowledge in Insurance Schemes - Well organized person - Good communication - Be opened to listen the others and to work on a team - Interested person, who wants to learn and desire more expertise
