Position and Key Missions: V.I.E Controlling - Hof, Germany As a V.I.E in Controlling based in Hof (Germany), you will support the Plant Controller in monitoring and improving the financial and industrial performance of the site. You will play a key role in analyzing operational results, ensuring accurate reporting, and partnering with various teams to drive performance improvements. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the Plant Controller in the follow-up of industrial performance indicators (direct labor productivity, price variances, fixed costs analysis). Analyzing working capital and supporting balance sheet accuracy in collaboration with the Shared Service Center. Preparing S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) financial files, linking operational objectives to financial outcomes. Assisting in the FER (Financial Estimate Report) forecast and rolling forecast processes. Consolidating financial data for entities in Bulgaria and Lithuania within local tools (BING). Participating in regular meetings with key stakeholders (Production, Supply Chain, Technical teams) to monitor business activities. Managing investment follow-up in the CIM database and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Supporting the monthly closing process and ensuring the accuracy of accruals. Coordinating the product costing process and validating related master data. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure to industrial finance, interact with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making in an international environment

Requisiti del candidato:

Desired Profile We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual who is eager to grow within a global industrial group and gain hands-on experience in financial controlling. Your profile: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of controlling techniques and good understanding of industrial processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Fluent in English and German (required)
