Tender Executive - VIE Contract
* Location: United Kingdom, Reading
* Target start date: 01/08/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job
As Tender Executive VIE within our Trade Channels, you will learn and contribute to cross-functional teamworking activities before, during and after tender submissions, as well as gain exposure to the management of key Vaccine Business Unit national contracts. You will report to the Tender Lead who will provide mentorship and guidance while supporting the Vaccines Franchise Teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop commercial acumen, project management skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Main responsibilities:
* Assist in the completion of Qualification Questionnaires within required timescales, gradually taking on more responsibility with guidance.
* Support the development of tender responses under supervision, learning Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration.
* Participate in tender submission processes including workshops and pricing meetings to develop understanding of the end-to-end process.
* Learn the process for managing awarded contracts, framework agreements and contract extensions.
* Support liaison with Customer Supply Chain Lead, Demand Planning Lead and Pricing Administrators to understand how contract pricing and purchase orders are managed in Systems Applications and Products (SAP).
* Help maintain contract awards/decline information and learn to use the Global Tender Management Excellence database (TME).
* Develop skills in handling enquiries from stakeholders regarding contracts.
* Support cross-functional communication plans and monitor delivery KPI adherence.
* Assist with collection of Social Value metrics for contract commitments and help compile reports for Authorities.

Experience:
* Basic understanding of commercial environments, with interest in pharmaceuticals/vaccines.

* Good time management and organizational skills.

Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or related field.
Languages:
* Fluent English (written and verbal).
