Missions : Working within the Human Resources team, you will contribute to a range of general HR activities, with a particular focus on HR studies, benchmarking, data analysis and communication. You will support the team by turning HR data into useful insights and by helping to promote HR initiatives to employees and candidates. Key responsibilities : Conduct HR studies and benchmarks. Collect, organise and analyse HR data to support the team's decision-making. Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations. Contribute to the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of HR data and monitoring tools. HR communication and employer branding Write and adapt HR content in both French and English. Contribute to internal and external communications and employer branding initiatives. Help create communication materials and promote HR projects and initiatives. Work with HR and Communications teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging. Support the HR team across a range of generalist activities, depending on business needs. Contribute to cross-functional projects and help improve HR practices and tools. Communicate with a range of stakeholders in both France and the UK

Requisiti del candidato:

You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management. You are confident working with numbers and analysing data. An interest in compensation studies, benefits packages and benchmarking is essential. You have excellent writing skills and a strong interest in HR communication and employer branding. You are fully proficient in both French and English, spoken and written. You demonstrate maturity, autonomy, curiosity and persistence
