Could you be the full-time VIE Buyer in Madrid we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in defining and implementing sourcing strategies for tenders and projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while meeting quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, such as Engineering, Project Management, and Quality, to ensure alignment and efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement processes.

You'll specifically take care of defining delivery and logistics strategies, as well as coordinating supplier performance and project materials, but also collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.

We'll look to you for:

* Defining and implementing the Project Sourcing & Industrial Strategy, including make-or-buy and logistics strategies

* Supervising contracts execution and ensuring supplier performance until the First Article Inspection (FAI) milestone

* Managing the Material Work Package and ensuring QCD commitments are met

* Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data for project deliverables

* Driving and supervising material procurement, manufacturing, testing, and logistics

* Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations

* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, or equivalent

* Interest in technical fields

* 2-3 years of experience in areas such as Project Management, Sourcing, Engineering, or Quality

* Good knowledge of signalling equipment

* Relevant knowledge or experience in project management (PMP certification or 1 year in a PM team is a plus)

* Experience in supplier and quality management is an asset

* Proficiency in English (any additional language is considered an asset)

* Basic Spanish is required

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office

* Familiarity with ERP/MRP tools (e.g., SAP) and/or PLM/PDM tools (e.g., TeamCenter, VPM, ENOVIA) is an asset

* Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented with a hands-on mentality

* Effective communicator and a team player who can challenge the status quo
