Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Global IT Services USA, Inc., based in Houston, and gain hands-on experience in an international environment at the heart of digital transformation initiatives.
As part of the APS (Applications Platform & Solutions) team within the AMAS entity (America and South America), and in close collaboration with the central APS team based in France, you will contribute to IT projects focused on application platforms. In particular, you will support the development and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, working closely with business teams across the Americas.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Project Management & Coordination

* Contribute to pre-project phases, including scoping and business needs analysis
* Support APS-led projects by coordinating stakeholders, managing vendors, and facilitating project communication
* Define acceptance criteria with key users and support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
* Set up and monitor project performance indicators (timeline, budget, progress)
* Ensure compliance with TGITS project management methodologies

Promotion and Development of APS Services

* Promote the adoption of Power Platform solutions and foster engagement of entities across the Americas within the global community
* Support and train citizen developers
* Contribute to communication initiatives related to APS services
* Develop Power Apps solutions or coordinate developments with external service providers
* Contribute to the integration of Artificial Intelligence into application platforms and project processes

Activity Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

* Develop automated reporting and dashboards using Power BI
* Maintain and update collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) related to APS activities and projects
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Candidate Profile

Education
Master's degree (or equivalent) in:
* Engineering
* Computer Science / Information Systems
* Digital Technologies or related fields

Technical Skills

* Basic knowledge of IT project management (project lifecycle, coordination, reporting)
* Interest in application environments (SAP, Power Platform, collaborative tools)
* Ability to contribute to:
* business needs analysis
* user acceptance testing (UAT)
* performance tracking and reporting (Power BI or similar tools)

Tools
* Power BI / Power Platform
* SAP (ECC or S/4HANA - basic knowledge)
* Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
* ServiceNow (nice to have)

Languages

* English: B2/C1 level
* French: B2/C1 level
* Spanish: is a plus
