We are developing biomorphic programmable polymers for tissue reconstruction. Our mission is to transform patient care through innovative, minimally invasive solutions in nerve repair, hernia, and cardiovascular applications. Our flagship product, COAPTIUM® CONNECT, received FDA De Novo marketing authorization in 2025, making it the only FDA-authorized system for atraumatic sutureless peripheral nerve coaptation. We are now in active commercial rollout across the United States, with a growing field sales team and an expanding pipeline spanning nerve repair, hernia repair, and cardiovascular sealants. Position Overview As a Customer Operations & Commercial Support Associate, you will support the commercial organization by ensuring efficient coordination between customers, sales teams, internal operations, and external logistics partners. You will contribute to delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience while supporting order management, monitoring the order-to-cash process, and coordinating with 3PL providers to ensure accurate and timely product delivery. This role also involves supporting commercial reporting, improving operational processes, and enhancing overall customer journey performance. You will gain strong exposure to commercial and supply chain operations within a fast-growing MedTech company in the US market. Key Responsibilities Customer Operations Support * Assist in the order-to-cash process including customer setup, order processing, invoicing and revenue posting as well as returns management in the ERP system. * Support the sales team in managing day-to-day customer interactions and operational needs, including coordination of demo product shipments. * Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. * Manage monthly inventory downloads and reconciliations between the 3PL and the Tissium ERP system * Monitor order execution and proactively identify potential issues affecting customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and sharepoint to support data quality monitoring and the sales organization. * Contribute to improving operational processes related to customer service and order management. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, 3PL Logistics and Finance to support commercial execution. * Assist with coordination of customer-related projects and operational initiatives. * Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening the customer journey

Requisiti del candidato:

Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) required
* Customer Service environment experience
* Hands-on ERP experience

Skills:
* High attention to detail in order processing and data management
* Strong coordination skills across sales, logistics (3PL), and internal teams
* Problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve order or delivery issues
* Process-oriented approach with ability to follow SOPs and improve workflows
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluent required).
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* SAGE experience is a plus, not a requirement.
