Join Ceva Animal Health for a unique two-year journey, under the VIE Program, designed to develop future engineering and manufacturing leaders through two strategic assignments in Europe and North America. Rotation 1 - Hungary | Phylaxia Campus (Budapest) Ceva's largest manufacturing site - 1,400 employees You will contribute to the site's energy digitalization and optimization:  Mapping of energy and water flows (Sankey diagram)  Deployment of digital tools and monitoring dashboards  Establishing consumption baselines  Analyzing consumption data and identifying optimization opportunities  Contributing to energy efficiency, HVAC, and water management projects  Developing business cases for sustainability initiatives Defining energy & water KPIs for operational reviews Rotation 2 - Canada | Guelph Site You will support the transformation of manufacturing operations through automation and digital technologies:  Identifying automation opportunities in industrial processes  Analyzing production flows using a lean approach  Mapping activities and proposing automation solutions  Evaluating emerging technologies and automation solutions  Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies  Supporting pilot implementations and technology deployment  Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams

Requisiti del candidato:

 Master's degree in Engineering  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Passion for manufacturing, sustainability and automation  International mindset and mobility  Fluent English
