This role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills within a leading automotive supplier. The Trainee will support various departmental functions, contributing to daily operations and learning about the company's processes and products.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist senior team members with various tasks and projects across different departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain).
* Perform data entry, analysis, and report generation as required.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of operational procedures.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Conduct research and compile information to aid decision-making.
* Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Complete assigned training modules and programs diligently.
* Provide general administrative support to the department.

Job Qualifications:**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical discipline).
* Strong interest in the automotive industry and manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
