MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To train in the role of Aircraft Mechanic, gaining the experience and qualifications necessary to work independently, by carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the flydubai fleet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensures that practical task training is completed as directed by flydubai certifying staff, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
* Ensures that continuous improvement is achieved in ability to complete maintenance tasks and task administration/paperwork.
* To maintain and update periodically the log of their engineer's practical training and task completion, to support application to hold the required levels of company authorization.
* To maintain currency of mandatory training requirements necessary to safely engage in maintenance activities.
* Ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and Health and Safety legislation.
* Assists in supporting the operation by working rostered and requested overtime, up to a maximum of 50 hrs. pcm.
* Assists the Senior Certifying Engineer in support of other operational roles when needed, such as Driver Line Maintenance, where primary personnel may be unavailable.
* To engage in and pass competency assessments for the role, as required by company legislation.
* To acquire and maintain a company-standard mechanic's toolbox and associated hand tools, complying with mandatory toolbox audits as laid out in company regulations.
* Assists the Certifying Engineer in the accomplishment of routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, in accordance with the aircraft maintenance manual.
QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma
* Basic training course (apprenticeship) in aircraft maintenance, or a recognized course of instruction in aircraft maintenance
* Fluent in English
* Years with qualifications: 2 - 4 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.

Requisiti del candidato:
