Job Description
POSTE ET MISSIONS
You will be joining our Dispute Resolution and Investigation (DRI) team within the Legal Department of Natixis, which is seeking a Litigation Lawyer for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
The department is composed of 6 lawyers (including 1 intern) who collaborate with all business lines of the Bank.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the DRI team in the day-to-day management of civil, commercial, and criminal litigation cases, as well as in managing investigations from regulators or various authorities (AMF, ACPR, BCE, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
You are a Master's degree student (BAC+5 level) pursuing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Business Law, Banking and Financial Law, Contract Law, or Civil, Criminal, and Regulatory Procedure. A dual degree and/or previous experience within the Litigation Department of a law firm would be a plus.
You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment. You also possess the ability to work in a team with an international dimension. You have a good capacity for adapting to multidisciplinary tasks and are autonomous.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
