Sous la responsabilité de son tuteur, l'apprenti(e) en sertissage apprend progressivement les techniques de sertissage en atelier. Il/elle participe à la préparation des pièces, réalise les opérations de sertissage selon son niveau de progression, contrôle la qualité de son travail et respecte les exigences de qualité, de sécurité et les standards de la Maison
