Job Description

You will join our team, which is looking for an Assistant Origination & Advisory Sustainable Finance EMEA, for a 1-year internship starting in September 2026.
Within the organization created within Natixis' CIB to develop the bank's sustainable finance business (the "Green & Sustainable Hub"), this position will be fully dedicated to assisting the origination and structuring teams for sustainable financial instruments.
In collaboration with your supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Analyze and monitor market evolution: daily monitoring, analysis of issuances, standards, trends, writing market updates, etc.;
* Develop commercial proposals and market commentary for the bank's clients;
* Structure and execute transactions in collaboration with the investment banking business lines.
You will work in close collaboration with the other teams of the Green & Sustainable Hub (Expertise & Innovation Center, Investment Solutions, Syndication, and Business Management), as well as with the teams from the various business lines at Natixis CIB.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Master's level student (BAC+5), you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in finance or sustainable development. You have a good understanding of capital markets and the principles of sustainable finance. Experience in asset management, banking, or sustainable finance is appreciated. You have a good command of Office tools and Bloomberg. You possess autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication and writing skills. And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
