Job Description
POSTE ET MISSIONS
You will join our team of nine experienced legal professionals in charge of securitization, alternative distribution and syndication, covered bonds, repackaging and debt funds, and more generally structured refinancing and risk transfer operations (banking, insurance, or accounting). We are looking for a Legal Intern for a 1-year work-study program, starting on September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting team lawyers in case management (structuring operations, drafting and reviewing contractual documentation, supporting the middle office in operational execution).
* Ensuring regulatory watch and contributing to the analysis of regulatory impacts on the structuring of operations.
* Conducting legal and regulatory research on issues encountered within the framework of structuring operations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
As a Master's degree student (BAC+5 level), you are pursuing a university degree, specializing in Banking and Financial Law, Business Law, Contract Law, or Law of Obligations. You have a very strong command of contract law, are interested in the banking and financial world, and know how to navigate complex regulations. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a very strong ability to listen.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
